Registration Forms

At Encore Arts Academy, we operate on a full school-year program (August–May) with a commitment to providing high-quality instruction and enriching experiences for all of our students. A yearly, nonrefundable enrollment fee of $35 is required per family to secure your child’s spot.

Tuition may be paid in full or divided over 12 monthly payments for your convenience. Because we make long-term commitments to our faculty, staff, and vendors before the school year begins, we ask families to honor their full-year financial commitment once enrolled.

Please note: All tuition and fees are nonrefundable.

In addition, Encore Arts Academy maintains a positive, respectful learning environment for all students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
